I am a lifelong musician with an unwavering passion for Celtic instruments. I began playing the bagpipes at age 12, and earned the rank of Open grade professional bagpiper only 7 years later, the highest level of competition available. In 2021, I proudly earned my Master's Degree in Scottish Music and Bagpipe Performance from the esteemed Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, building upon my undergraduate degree in Jazz Drum Kit from Western Connecticut State University.

My musical journey has led me to explore a diverse array of instruments, including the great highland bagpipes, uilleann bagpipes, various percussion instruments, border pipes, and whistles. Beyond these, I find joy in playing the Irish flute, organ, guitar, and piano.

I'm honored to have been a part of the 16-time World Pipe Band champion Grade 1 Shotts and Dykehead Caledonia Pipe Band during my studies in Scotland. Additionally, I co-founded the internationally touring Celtic fusion band MacTalla Mor. With MacTalla Mor, I had the privilege of headlining at renowned venues such as Caesar's Palace Las Vegas, Pete Seeger's Clearwater festival, ESPN studios, and many other prestigious music halls. I also recorded and released 4 studio albums while playing with MacTalla Mor.

Throughout my musical journey, I've had the incredible opportunity to study under the tutelage of esteemed Scottish piping masters Finlay MacDonald, Willie McCallum, Ross Ainslie, Willie Ross, George Bell, and Tommy Shearer. My passion for the uilleann pipes led me to study under Jarlath Henderson.

I am actively involved in music education, teaching privately at Wesleyan University, Choate-Rosemary Hall, and Rumsey Hall schools. I also serve as the music director at the First Congregational Church of Washington, Connecticut.

I take pride in being not just a performer but also an accomplished instructor and recording artist.

I operate a private teaching studio in Connecticut and am available for in-person lessons locally, or virtual lessons through Zoom anywhere in the world. Whether you prefer in-person lessons or the convenience of virtual sessions via Zoom or Skype, I'm here to guide you on your musical journey.
